Hi, I’m Jon. Welcome to my inclusive LGBTQ+ Therapy Clinic

CBT, with LGBTQ+ sensitivity and understanding

CBT is the leading form of therapy for depression, anxiety, panic and struggles with the emotions that can often derail us; shame, despair, anger, jealousy and guilt.

Through the Rainbow CBT Clinic I offer LGBTQ+ people an access point to this powerful form of therapy, where you can be your whole self, be met with sensitivity and understanding and overcome the struggles you face and start living life to its fullest.

The approach is based on a form of CBT called Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT) that targets the emotional underpinnings of the problems we face in life, and that keep us locked into unhelpful cycles of thinking and behaving. We won’t just talk about problems - together we will create and work through a tailored therapeutic programme that will support you to make the changes you want. It’s an effective, evidence-based approach to therapy, recommended by NICE guidelines.
